A wedding, a landmark birthday, a corporate gala or a product launch demands transport logistics that are invisible to the guests yet flawless behind the scenes. We work hand in hand with wedding planners, event agencies and 5-star hotels of the Golfe to orchestrate sometimes complex flows: arrivals spread across 2 hours, continuous shuttle between two venues, dedicated car for the newlyweds, late-night return transfer. Every event is covered by a named roadbook shared between drivers, and by a mission lead reachable at all times on the day. We also cover international events: pre-event airport welcome for VIP guests, discreet escort if needed (see Security), return transfers at the end of the stay.
