Seminars, conventions and roadshows generate specific logistics needs: simultaneous welcome of 20 to 60 people, shuttles aligned with time windows, parallel transport for speakers, management of contingencies (delays, programme changes). We structure every mission with a single project lead, a shared roadbook and drivers briefed on your business context.
Arrival coordination and corporate invoicing
For individual business trips (executives, strategic clients, partners), we favour the Classe S or specially configured Vans that foster discretion and productivity (4G WiFi, 220V sockets, silence). Corporate invoicing, tailored expense formats, NDA and confidentiality clauses available on simple request.
What group size can you handle?
Our Mercedes V-Class and Vito each take 7 to 8 passengers, and we coordinate several vehicles in convoy for larger groups, with a roadbook given to every driver.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes, payment on invoice with everything your accounting needs, plus a detailed per-journey summary at the end of the assignment. Bank transfer and corporate cards are accepted.
Can you handle participants arriving at different times?
That is the crux of a seminar: participants rarely share a flight. We build an airport-by-airport welcome schedule and group nearby arrivals together to limit empty runs.
